Expansion Nightmares
This is a wake-up call to everyone who lives in east Kendall. The Miami-Dade County Commission recently approved Dadeland Junction, it is a huge complex, the shopping area will be nearly as large as Sunset Place, with the same poorly planned parking for the center and its twenty AMC theaters. And unlike Sunset Place it will have three towers, one a ludicrous 39 stories high, making it taller than many buildings along Brickell Avenue.

William Pazos, the mastermind behind this concept and the president of Tel-e-Buy, has 10 years experience working with emerging markets and advising clients on investment services. "This type of service is currently being offered in Israel and in Brazil and it has been very successful.
