In February Turnberry International Realty recently
opened their third "mall kiosk" in South Florida, this time
at the Dadeland Mall.

Located between Ann Taylor and Mayors near Burdines on
one of the mall's main thoroughfares, the kiosk gives Turnberry even
more exposure to potential buyers and sellers, this time in Kendall.
"I'm thrilled to be in such an exciting
market," said George Perez, Turnberry International Realty
President. "Dadeland is one of the top malls in the country and
in conjunction with our kiosks in the Boca Raton Towne Center and the
Aventura Mall we are probably the most exposed realty firm in South
Florida. The combined volume of potential home-buyers that pass one of
our kiosks or visit our office is approximately three million a
year."
The kiosk will be staffed by Turnberry's Coral Gables
office personnel and will be open from 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Monday-Friday and 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Sunday.
"The kiosk has brought me more listings, buyers,
and renters," said Turnberry Realtor Patricia Fabre Hernandez.
"It's like having people walking through your office every minute
of every day. The kiosk allows us to get our name out there; it's
wonderful exposure, enabling people to associate
Turnberry with markets in South Miami, Pinecrest, and Coral Gables."
Turnberry International opened its first office in Aventura and has expanded
to cover Boca Raton and South Miami-Dade.
"I think initially some people had trouble
aligning Turnberry with the southern markets," said Hernandez.
"But things have been great recently with the opening of the
Coral Gables office. And now this."
