 Recent
neighborhood walks have unveiled many things about our Village.
I've heard from neighbors on SW 124 Street that speeding is getting
out of control. Beware speeders, or you'll pay. We soon will have more
radar patrolling to slow you down.
Residents also asked about our garage sale ordinance, many thinking
that there is a fee for the permit. There is NO fee.
I was asked why don't we send out a monthly Village newsletter.
Isn't the Pinecrest Tribune enough?
With summer just around the corner, someone inquired about
potential Village crime hot spots.
Everyone was pleased with the much needed road improvement projects
and all the new trees planted in our community.
I will continue making my area walks to chat and see your
