Legacy Development Vice President Aimee Davis has
announced that Phase Two of Oak Ridge is nearing sell-out.
"At this pace, we anticipate that we'll be sold
out by early summer," Davis said. "Our homes offer uncommon

merchandising of its Chestnut Oak model and Silver Awards for the master
bath and interior merchandising of its Laurel Oak model.
Interior designer Miriam Sotolongo-Gonzalez headed the team that created the
