Wild Oats is adding 7,500 square feet of space to the
north side of its property in the Pinecrest Plaza Shopping Center at
117 Street and Pinecrest Parkway (So. Dixie Highway). Construction is
being done by Tala Construction of Miami, the general contractors are
Post-Shell.. The new construction is the start of a program to upgrade
the Plaza that will see a new façade on stores down to and including
Get Smart. The walkways and columns will be re-stuccoed and new
lighting will be installed.
