Josie Wang has been named Coldwell Banker's number one
sales associate for 1999.

Wang topped 4,000 sales associates in 95 Coldwell
Banker offices throughout the state.
Wang was honored by president and chief operating
officer Judith Green at the company's five Xtravaganza 2000 awards
celebration events held throughout the state.
With a career record-breaking year, Wang was generated
more than $35 million in new business and $32 million in closed sales
last year. Consistently setting new sales records in Miami's luxury
communities, Wang's recent sales include a five-acre estate in the
Village of Pinecrest, which sold for $3.5 million, reportedly the
highest price ever recorded for a home sold in Pinecrest.
Wang also holds the record for the highest priced sale
of a private home in Coconut Grove -- $3.2 million for a
seven-bedroom, eight-and-one-half bath, tri-level waterfront residence
in The Anchorage.
"Josie's repeated success and record-breaking
results continue to set standards of excellence for our company and
the real estate industry, alike," said Green. "Her hard work
and dedication are invaluable assets to her clients as well as to the
entire Coldwell Banker organization."
Wang also has been honored on national and
international levels for her 1999 accomplishments. At the recent
Coldwell Banker International Business Conference in Las Vegas, she
was recognized, as the top Florida sales associate for NRT
Incorporated, parent company of Coldwell Banker Residential Real
Estate, Inc.
Wang has earned membership in the International
President's Elite, the 11th consecutive year she has been named to the
prestigious group comprised of the top producers of 72,000 Coldwell
Banker sales associates worldwide. Wang also will serve on the 2000
President's Advisory Council, which represents the top one percent of
nearly 4,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates in Florida. She has been
appointed to the group annually since 1989.
