"Of the 48 residencies, almost 60 percent is sold out," said Liz McCormick, Deering Bay Sales Director.

Deering Bay offers 220 acres of luxury living, including golf and tennis.

Beyond the 24-hour manned gatehouse is South Florida's only bayfront 18-hole, Arnold Palmer-designed championship golf course, as well as three deep-water marinas.
