Realtor attends premier showing of new luxury homes program
By Lee Stephens

Hazel Goldman-Murphy, a Realtor with Arvida Realty Services, attended the special premier unveiling of the company’s new Luxury Homes & Estates System on June 11 in St. Petersburg.

The meeting took place at the international headquarters of duPont Publishing Inc., publishers of duPont Registry: A Gallery of Fine Homes. Goldman-Murphy was one of 30 sales associates invited to attend this exclusive event.

"Goldman-Murphy, who is a Certified Luxury Home Specialist, was selected to attend this by-invitation-only meeting based on her support of Arvida’s luxury home marketing system including the highly popular and successful proprietary magazine, Signature Homes & Estates," explained Richard W. Cope, CEO.

"After months of consumer research, our new program now includes many enhancements that we believe bring real added value to the luxury home purchase or sale," he said. "Today’s astute luxury homebuyers and sellers primarily are looking for two very important things: time savings and quality service. Our Luxury Homes & Estates System not only saves them time from start to closing, but also provides them with a total service approach throughout the entire transaction."

Signature Homes & Estates magazine, first printed in 1983 as Fine Homes, is published in its entirety in the duPont Registry: A Gallery of Fine Homes four times a year. An additional 75,000 are direct mailed to owners of luxury properties throughout the United States and overseas in 55 countries, plus 10,000 are available on the newsstands in 14 states. Total distribution of the magazine each quarter is 205,000.

Goldman-Murphy, who is one of the company’s top advertisers of luxury properties in the magazine, was honored at the meeting by duPont Publishing for contributions to the program during the last two years.

Introduction of the new system will be completed statewide by July 15. Some of the new enhancements include luxury home virtual reality video tours on the company’s Web site, a comprehensive marketing portfolio, and special promotional programs that are exclusive to the company.

Headquartered in Clearwater, Arvida Realty Services is the state’s largest independently owned real estate brokerage and the fifth largest in the nation, with 82 offices throughout the state.
