Don't be surprised if you see people wrapped like
Egyptian mummies walking around Pinecrest soon. And, it may be the
start of an exciting new trend, as preparations are made to open a new
business in Dadeland Plaza.
It's all a part of InstantSlim of Miami, a new concept
in body shaping, sculpting and cleansing that involves wrapping the
human form like a mummy. Reportedly, the method will trim the body in
all the right places and clean and purify the body's system by
flushing harmful impurities, all in just 60 minutes.
"Yes", said InstantSlim's Bina Breault,
"we take inches off immediately. We shape, contour and define the
customer's figure and we work with women, men and children. We appeal
to everyone, even physical trainers and doctors are going to work with
us."
InstantSlim is a licensee of the Suddenly Slender Body
Wrap, an unusual process invented 30 years ago.
"It's a mineral body wrap," said Breault.
"We wrap the entire body with bandages soaked in a special
mineral solution, using certain techniques to sculpt, contour and
define. We can flat
ten jelly bellies, lift the shape of buttocks and bust areas, even take
inches off the jaw line.
"The reduction is permanent," she continued, "as long as the
client doesn't put on weight and returns for maintenance wraps. We guarantee
it."
Breault says that the client, after being 'wrapped like a mummy,' is
instructed in exercise on special equipment, or performs 'mummy aerobics.'
"Our wrap is an active process," said Breault. "It is not a
dehydration process like cellophane and sauna-type wraps. You actually feel
cold as your body flushes out accumulated wastes and pollutants. Plastic
bags are put on the hands and feet to collect these culprits (waste). You
will be shocked at what comes out of your body."
InstantSlim is scheduled to open in February at 9473 Pinecrest Parkway (So.
Dixie Highway).
