The Sunshine Group, exclusive sales and marketing
agent for The Resort Residences at The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne, has
named Corinne Dodd regional sales director and Bobbi Raphael as sales
associates of the new hotel condominium.

Dodd brings a great deal of real estate sales
experience to The Ritz-Carlton, which she gained while working with
several prominent South Florida properties. Prior to joining the
Sunshine Group, she served as a sales associate for Coscan Homes at
the developer's Brickell Avenue luxury condominium. With more than
eight years of experience in luxury properties and working with buyers
from across the globe, Dodd is uniquely qualified to oversee the sales
activities of the new resort hotel condominium.
Raphael joins The Ritz-Carlton team with more than 20
years of professional real estate experience in South Florida. She
served as a sales associates at Turnberry Realty for nearly 12 years
and prior to that owned her own brokerage firm.
