Related group of Florida's newest residential development

Already on the 10th floor of construction and set for occupancy in early 2001. The Mark will emerge this week as the only new waterfront Brickell Avenue condominium with prices starting at $126,500. The Related Group of Florida, the developer of the property and the largest builder of apartment and condominium towers in the state, expects the 36-story building overlooking Biscayne Bay at SE 11 Street to attract a mix of primary and second-home buyers to Miami's "Park Avenue of the South."
