Jeffrey Lehman, of the Pinecrest office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate Inc. has been named the company's No. 1 sales associate in Miami-Dade County for total units sold through the third quarter of 1999.

In the first nine months of 1999, Lehman was responsible for more than 135 closed transactions. His production places him in second place overall for the company's 2,000 sales associates located throughout South Florida.

"Jeff's experience enables him to maintain a large inventory base and deliver quality customer service," said George Corey, executive vice president and general manager of Coldwell Banker South Florida operations.

A 16-year veteran of the real estate business, Lehman has been with Coldwell Banker since September 1998. Before joining Coldwell Banker, he was the No. 1 producing agent in Florida for 1997 sales for The Prudential Florida Realty. Nationally, he ranked in the top 10 of all 37,000 sales associates in the Prudential network and was named to the company's prestigious Chairman's Circle.

With Coldwell Banker, Lehman has earned status in the International President's Elite, representing the top 5 perfect of 70,000 sales associates nationwide and the Chairman's Club, comprised of the top 5 percent of nearly 2,000 South Florida Coldwell Banker sales associates.

Lehman focuses his business on residential sales in the areas of Kendall, West Kendall, Palmetto, Pinecrest and The Falls. In addition to a real estate license, Lehman holds a bachelor's degree in health services administration from Florida International University. He is a member of the Realtor Association of Dade County. Lehman is a 21-year resident of Kendall, where he currently lives with his wife, Linda, and daughter, Alexis.
