Myra and Company Spa, Salon and Studio has been
accepted as a member of the International SPA Association.
ISPA is an international spa industry professional
organization that represents more than 1,200 health and wellness
facilities and providers. ISPA educates the public, sets standards,
provides resources, influences policy and builds coalitions for the
spa industry.
"Our industry is experiencing incredible
growth," said Pinecrest resident Myra Porter, owner of Myra and
Company. "ISPA provides us with the educational and networking
opportunities that we need to stay on top of the latest
information."
Myra and Company, 7313 SW 59 Court, is open seven days
a week and offers hair care, manicures, pedicures, body polish,
aromatherapy wraps, massage therapy and power peels.
Porter says her company embraces the ISPA vision to
revitalize and educate the public about the spa experience, and engage
its participation.
